I dont think so...I'm not feeling all warm and fuzzy about someone taking pix at night. Try looking in "utility trailer" in craigslist for your area and surrounding states. I think you could do better than that deal. Also there is a site you can check on:

don't forget to do a search here: the 101 is a big ol piece of metal to haul around behind your 40.
Thats a very heavy trailer,, its the big 101 not the canadian 101 that you see everybody using.. If you get rid of the bed, and swap out the axle,wheels and springs(for lighter springs, maybe just remove some leafs) you would have a starting place,, but stock it is about 1K# just sitting there.. And with the rust you can see in that one,, you could buy them around Pa for about 350-500 in decent shape most of the time.. check out the gov auction sites..
I made the mistake of getting a M105 
(same size of the 101 but heavier axle and frame) and ended up selling it and getting the M416. It was going to require a lot of work to get the M105 down to a usable weight. I would hold out for the CDN101 or a M416.
