Yes all you have to have is vacume for the brakes and if you want for the vacume advance on the dist and on the pcv valve.

It will look like a non north american cruiser. This is my 3F in a 73 series before the diesel swap.
It sure makes them simple to fix:D
The 4 hoses on the right are related to the aircon fast idle

Well not quite. There's the A/C high idle circuit, choke break circuit, high altitude compensator, and a couple other doo-dads that wouldn't be worth getting rid of.

is there any way toplug up the originalaisin carb or only use a few of the vacum lines?

yeah, it's called a vortec engine swap!

sorry, could not resist...

IMOP, mine seemed to run a LOT better when i actually went through all the vacuum lines with new ones and checked the routing as well- i assume that's why you want the others removed? i guess a little insight as to your motivation could help some...

hey rosco, what is that thing on the intake mani close to the engine? is that a vac line or a electric switch?

I have FJ62 with 3F carb also.
That's a vacuum port for A/C high idle.

Oh, Min Seok
