Took it on a long trip and A/C started to get weaker and weaker but still somewhat cool. Looked and saw oil on the lower radiator hose and this photo shows it under a blue light. I guess the UV dye is leaking down onto the hose what does this mean?
Is my A/C compressor cooked?

It means you have a leak; compressor, hose, or connection. Take it to someone that does AC work and have them check it.
