Is ARB the only mfg making a front bumper for the FJC ? Anyone fabricating one ?

Everyone has their own opinions, but since you mentioned it; I'd like to see a version without the pre-runner bar - but the possibility of adding one later - bolt on would work since there would (hopefully) never be SERIOUS stress on that part of your bumper. Accessories Man
Opinions, eh?

Well, I'd like to see one that will work with the Toyota brush guard, or have a setup like it; I like the way it looks (I'm not overly thrilled with the design of the ARB).

cardboard? bah here's some steel for ya

Not sure, but I think I see a better angle of approach:cool:

It looks mean!

do we have a projected cost on one of those . put me on the list that is mean lookin.

I'll let the All-Pro team answer with specifics, but I was informed that it weighs less and costs less than the (leading brand)

The ARB is really cool, but it's good to have more than one choice.

I have a few ?s for you.

1. Will your bumper be able to use the Warn XD 9000, or will it take a winch that has the solenoid built in like the i series?

2. Will a roller fairlead work too, or only the hawse type?

Thanks, and I am awaiting to see some complete pics of it painted mounted up to the FJ.

I do not think a vehicle in a long time has stired up so much talk and aftermarket stuff being designed so fast as much as this new Toyota.

1. The bumper will fit up to a Warn 9.5 without an integrated solenoid. Winches with integrated solenoids would have to be mounted lower, compromising the approach angle.

2. We recommend the use of a Hawse style fairlead for use with synthetic rope (safer and lighter). I'll check on the capatibility with the roller style though.

I've been looking for a good reason to ditch that factory skid plate. This bumper looks more environmentally friendly than the stock version; no plastic :bounce:

that bumper is bad! sign me up for one!

That FJC looks Like something out of a Mad Max movie. I'll bet flames shoot out the port holes.

I like very much.
Now if it could have a hoop like my ARB for a CB antenna, that would be great, unless an antenna could be mounted to it some other way.

I prefere the antenna on the bumper instead of the fender mounts.

1.) We have considered adding the pre-runner style hoop. Maybe we could get some feedback on what people want and go from there.

Thanks for your interest in our products. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

I very much like the hoops. Now lets talk about the back bumper...:)

so I guess no brushguard for this All-pro? It'd be sweet if there was an option with/ w/o one

We will probably have an optional bolt-on hoop. I'm not sure at this point if it will look like a brush guard or like a pre-runner style hoop like on our Tacoma bumpers.

That wouldn't be a bad thing.

I'm a little concerned about the plastic parts that stick out enough to attract undo attention from rocks and trees and other off-road detrius...y'know, the front turn signals and the rear lights.

For where I go, I'm also thinking that I need a place to hook up a set of limb risers, too.

That looks pretty nice. A few more weeks and we will have all sorts of options. I can't wait to see that one in a flat black finish.

Very sexy!!!

So... is a brush bar coming (with light tabs and internal wire routing)?

I know that most people don't like the look of the hummer brush guards (seen below) but I think a bumper like the All-Pro would look very sweet with a brush guard that wraps over the hood a little bit (not enough to impede opening the hood). Similar to this:

Thanks

Will eliminating the grille in the factory front bumper cause cooling issues? These are nice designs , but I think that may be a problem. Looks like it is blocking 1/2 the radiator, and trans cooler (for auto equiped models).

Would the BentUp guys be able to mod a top bar like this reasonably easily? I would like it to be slanted towards the windshield at about 20deg with 3 light tabs.

Hmmm

Sorry for psp quality.. I'm in a bit of a rush.
