I am a first time GX470 owner and couldn't be happier.
I lived in Australia for 3 years but didn't have the funds at the time to buy a Prado.
Found a screaming deal on a White 2006 GX when I got back to the USA, and recently learned they are basically the same machine (though the GX is more plush).
My air suspension just died and I am looking to do a coil conversion and 2 to 3 inch lift; that is how I found this forum.
All that said, I am very pleased with the GX and will probably own one from here on out.
Any recommendations on lift Brand and Height, tyres and wheels are greatly appreciated!
