that the fuel cut port is blocked off- its getting worse around town but still fine on the hi-way. the idle that is

The diagram in post #20 shows which port is to supply vacuum for the fuel cut vacuum switch.

The photo in post #19 shows the fuel cut vac port capped off.

Not correct for a vehicle that is trying to keep decel fuel cut functional.
