I’m exploring adding a 570 to the stable but I’m very curious about real world experience from owners who camp.

I put the my son and the dogs inside my 200 at night while I sleep in the rooftop tent. After several days of this the interior is usually pretty trashed. But with the floor mats and Equipt seat covers, I find it pretty easy to just vacuum and wipe stuff down to make her pretty again. Very durable interior.

Lexus interiors are more luxury oriented and seem ‘softer’. Anyone with negative experiences using their 570 for camping? Any work arounds for protecting the soft bits?

Thanks!

Seat covers if you care. Things are just going to get dirty camping a lot no matter what. FWIW I just crossed 200K miles and my front seats, even the driver seat, look great. I'm not a huge guy and I try to minimize a bunch of wear and tear on the driver bolster close to the door. No rips, tears, broken cushion, etc... That usually is the first area to go. 2013 LX, black leather, semi aniline.

Some Lexol and I think they'd look like they have 50K miles on them with a normal car.
