Hi all,

I'm back again with more discoveries of what the previous owner hid from me. Turns out the gauge cluster had been shorted out and most of the warning lights were missing or jumped. They also did some fairly high effort (and rather clever!) modifications to deceive people (me) into thinking everything worked. I'm pretty good with repairing electronics and figured I'd take on trying to get it fully working again. Does anyone have a schematic for the instrument cluster? Is this even worth trying to fix?

Lots of traces need to be repaired and I wanna be as careful as possible. See pictures below to know what I'm dealing with. Looks like the airbag warning light was working properly, so they used a jumper wire to power the other lights so when the airbag light came on during the self test, everything else lit up and went off with it. I'm worried about getting a new instrument cluster since i don't want it to fry the new one. Working on un-doing all the wiring the previous owner did. Should also note that the gauge cluster functions outside of the warning lights

Looks like there either used to be a jumper wire or someone cut the trace. diode was replaced too.
