Any hints on installing sor 70 series turn signals on 76' FJ55. Just got them yesterday. The darn buggers dont want fit..

These are soooo much better. Use a heat gun to mold it over your fender. They will go below the top surface and will have space under and above the fender. You just gotta believe.

I was stoked on the out come. I did kinda getto job cutting out the inside for access, but I bet you make it sweet with little covers for the inside and raddness.
 
Another handy piece of information when installing them is this: Heat slowly and they will mold. When you get the right shape you will need to cut the posts inside after removing the metal studs so they will lay flat to the apron. I used a cutoff wheel and then installed the posts again. I didn't use the lower stud at all because it is at the corner of the light and you really don't need all 3 anyway. You will see what I mean. I wished when I saw those on SOR that there would have been a disclaimer about fitting them.
