inner front fender

I'm just taking a break from sanding the bottom half of my truck down, and I'm going to try and redo the paint...

I noticed my drivers side inner front fender looks kind of like swiss cheese, and so I decided to remove it... with all the bolts off it looks to be stuck under the front body mount...

any tips, or advice, should I take the fender right off?

Ya - you have to remove the body bolt, pain in the ass though.
