Injector tick

Got a ? ok heres the story Iv got a 94 4x4 that was ticking couldnt find the tick so I got a new moter with under 90,000 mi I hurd it before i bought it no ticking no nothing. I got home changed out the motors I switched just the motor I keep my intake and wiring. well guess what the same ing noise I think its the injectors Ive had a scope on it and it sounds like 1,2,4 but not 3. How can i be sure absolutly sure its the injectors?

you can get a stethoscope, or use a make shift one like a pokin stick or long screw driver.

you can disconnect the plug on the injector one at a time.

seems like a really bad reason to give up an engine with out any kind of diagnosis.

The motor that was in it had over 350,000 the new one has under 90,000. Im rebuilding the old one with some goodies. I just need this one while i get this one together. But i dont want to keep running this one if somethings wrong.
