injector pump

I have found some info on other web sites saying that you can use an injector pump part number 22100 5B300 to replace the injector pump found on a 2l te engine (part number 22100 5B302) The major difference being the price. ($350 compared to $3500, no I am not joking) Does anyone know about this swap? I hope this is not just a crazy dream I had!

The 302 is merely a subbed up part number. The difference in cost here is about enough to get a hair cut and a hamburger, if you shop hard.

So can I replace the 302 with a 300? What do you mean it is a subbed up number? If the difference in Japan is so small would you be able to get me a 302?

I can get you either one but they are both costly. Subbed up means that they went from the 300 to a 301 and the 301 can be replaced with the 302. But it depends on the year of your engine and stuff like that.
