100,000km is the general concensis I thought.
Hey I am just over 140,500 and I am looking at doing it for probably the first time in its life.
My dad drove his BJ70 for 365,000kms and never once did the injectors.

As long as there are no white clouds emerging with a diesel smell after startup or very black smoke under load from the exhaust I would keep it at intervals of about 100k - 120k km's.
Had mine inspected at those intervals. At 120k km four were still good, two were resonable. After cleaning and re-adjustment they went back in.
At 220k km I had them inspected again. Two had to be replaced the other four had to be cleaned and adjusted but were usable again!!
According the specialist, inspection intervals of around 100k to 120k km are fine when using good quality fuel, unless white/black smoke -see above :D- is showing in an earlier stage.

I think that most injectors are considered a 160,000 Km / 100,000 mile interval, but I have seen injectors with less mileage that were bad and others that were good with way more mileage.
