Is the inchworm e-locker guard a bolt on item or is it welded on?

Bolt on. The 2 front circle cut-outs are to get at the bolts.

The only thing you'll need is LONGER BOLTS. The OEM bolts for the E-Locker motor are not long enough when you install the Inchworm Armor.
