The ConvEss plugin was a few versions old, updated just now. Possible there was a bug that was corrected.
The new software and associated plugins are being well tested now that everything is out of beta, updates are frequent, but unless I see something that corrects a specific issue I'm aware of, I don't update every small release.
XF should be releasing an update this week, quite a few bugs have been corrected now, including a few that I reported.
