Jim C. is a member here on mud and is considered by many to be the 2F Carb guru. He goes by FJ40JIm and his shop is TLC performance. Do a search for Carb and his name will come up over and over.

Ditto what Thad said about Jim C rebuilds - I've heard nothing but good things about them. As far as switching carbs I think you'll find the stock Aisin carbs are easy to adjust and do well in most offroading situations.

There's a really good write-up in the 40's tech section on adjusting your carb - just spend some time searching and reading before you post.

another carb resource is marksoffroad.net if you cannot get ahold of jim. Mark does excellent work
