2018 200 series with 65K on the clock. Purchased new. For the first year or two, I did not get the vehicle treated, but have had four or five undercoatings with Krown Rust protection at this shop in Northeast Indiana not too far from Ohio and Michigan borders, and about two hours from Indianapolis. Others in this forum have tried DIY treatments, but there is absolutely no way I could be as comprehensive and with such a large amount of undercoating material as having this done professionally. For about $165 the peace of mind is well worth it.
Very well satisfied. I highly recommend Rufus from Kanagy Krown if you plan on keeping your vehicles. It is located in Amish country so you will see a lot of horse and buggies on the road. He has a comfortable lounge for you to wait about for an hour for your vehicle. See the cows next door.
I would recommend shoe covers or old shoes as there is a bit of oil on the floors.
Tell Rufus that "Land Cruiser Larry" sent you. Check out this link for videos.

That’s not too far from me. I see they drill access holes in the body. Do you know how many holes were drilled in your ‘18?

I declined that service. I did not want to violate the structural integrity of the vehicle, being more concerned with frame and underbody rust such as brake lines and rear A/C lines which went out on my 100 series. There are plenty of weep holes that they can get the wand in without drilling, even if it less than ideal.
I did unbolt the rear door latch mechanism and have him spray within that door panel cavity as I had some rust in the 100 series near the top of that door. I did have him put his spray wand into the drip holes in the cavity under the hood, but the last several times I declined that service because the rubber seal that runs along the top of the radiator cowl turned into a gummy rubber after exposure to the protectant even though we sprayed with silicone beforehand. So, just be cautious where the spray hits rubber. I also had him get into the spare tire wheel well. Because there is a little drip/creep of this Krown oil for months, you will see spots on your garage floor, and a kind of greasy patina oil in various locations where it has dripped down, and possibly blown back in the engine well. To some, they may think that you have an oil leak, but for me, I want that mess. A few drops will percolate down from the crevices and hit the exhaust system even next summer when the air temperature is hot. It smells like oil burned paraffin, but to me, it smells like...victory...over rust. With apologies to the movie Apocalypse Now.:)

I also have hand-sprayed any exposed bolt or clips, like the air filter box clips, wired grounds, and my battery terminals with Amsoil Heavy Duty Metal Protector. But, my LX 570 that I leave in California would not take a jump until I figured out that even a barely visible layer of the Amsoil Heavy Duty Metal Protector prevented a good electrical contact. I moved the alligator clips from the terminal to the cable and I was fine, but I was stumped for a few minutes why it couldn't take a jump start. Who would have thought?

I need to take my 200 series back up to the sand roads of the U.P. Great advice last time Sandroad.
