Gday fellas.
What coils are you all running. My 60 has a ebay electric dizzy and a no name red coil. It all works great, and looks like its been on this engine for a while.
Id like to upgrade the coil and keep this one as a spare.
I bought this pertronix flame thrower but its 3 ohms and the instructions say remove resistor on 6 cylinder street cars. Is this recommended and where is it?
And will it damage the dizzy if i do/dont remove the resister?
Either way im happy to buy another coil that you guys might recommend is better?
