Idle fluctuation from 700-800RPM every 20 seconds in 2013 LX570

Has anyone experienced an Idle fluctuation from 700-800RPM every 20 seconds in their 200 series? I got the truck a month ago and it could have been happening all along but today is the first I've noticed it. It runs great otherwise. Any ideas? Thanks!
