I replaced all of my radiator hoses and noticed that one hose on top of the intake was in pretty bad shape.

Can you guys tell me if this is hose is for coolant, vacuum, EFI, unicorn blood?

See red arrow in pic.

Thanks

Vacuum hose.

Just match it up with similar diameter replacement vacuum hose, cut length to match, and you are good to go.

That one's been in rough shape on both of mine, but easy to replace. More importantly, from your photo, you should address your PCV hoses and valve/grommet if you haven't recently. The oil rings around each of them on the valve cover are a giveaway that the hoses are deteriorated, and possibly the valve clogged. The hoses are dead easy to replace with OEM, or you can cut some hose to fit. The valve and grommet require a marginal amount of leverage and delicacy, respectively, but aren't really "hard" either.

P/N for Toyota hoses: 12262-66021, 12261-66021
P/N for PCV valve: 12204-35040
P/N for PCV grommet: 90480-18001
