Hi all, looking for ideas on ways to close up the hole in my firewall where my steering column goes through.

To be clear, it is not the stock column. Its from a 93 4runner.

I tried to take some pics but there's a lot of wiring that's in the way. Doesn't stop the hot air though!

This was about the best pic I could get, angled up looking at where the column goes through the firewall. I basically need to close that hole, but obviously still allow the rag joint to turn.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Found some pics of the column from when I built that section of the build. Maybe it will help give a better idea.
Here's the column itself. Middle bracket is what we are looking at.

Here is the frame that holds that section of the column. Its been beefed up a lot since then but this is essentially the bones of it.

Some sort of accordion rubber boot like this perhaps
Thanks very much. I actually did something similar, I made a boot out of heat insulation and carpet when I put those in. Has done a great job of sealing the column
