ID a roof rack?

Hi all, not sure if this is the right forum for this quesiton as I am new to IH8Mud (please tell me the right/better forum). I am looking to identify a roof rack and ladder. My wife likes it and therefore I must get it! here are two photos:

Anyone know the make/model of the rack and the ladder? Anyone suggest a good place to get one? Are they ever available used?
