Looks like ICE is now running fleet spec up armored 200’s here in Washington State. This is in Lynden yesterday.

yea look at the thickness on those windows.
Don’t want to get political here but when I bought my 200 I was worried about driving it to Mexico (we go often for food, wine, vacation, etc) and my Mexican friends laughed it off saying “no one will f#>k with a big black Land Cruiser cause it looks like you’re cartel.” 😂

My experience, having driven my black 2015 Land Cruiser in Mexico and Central America many times.

Another related life hack: remove sun roof, make cuts, add rotating turret and .50 cal or Dillon Aero MG, train wife on the 50. (if not already qualled), have wife staff the same, and watch the seas part. (check local constitutional carry laws, etc.; not advised for use near West Coast US) (use care when pulling into clearance-challenged parking lots and garages)

Comments are legit. Complete with video links that I indeed find plausible. "Breath of allah" would definitely be a powerful deterrent to any would be assassin.

And on $2500 drone will take it out easily. The world has changed.
they've got some countermeasures that are discreetly deployed I have no doubt. But yes, drones have changed things seismically.

While ICE may have purchased these with armor for overseas use - like many federal agencies working in Africa or the Middle East - they probably brought a few back, maybe due to an office closure or other reason the trucks suddenly became “surplus” over there.

That said, I don’t think ICE is using armored LC’s domestically across the board. Too expensive and hard to justify, in my experience.
