Answering my own question here. I went ahead and ordered the iCarsoft CR Pro (not the Pro +) and received it yesterday. It does read AHC pressures and AHC sensor heights as well as a bunch of other stuff that I haven't investigated yet. So for those looking for an affordable alternative to Techstream (which I was never able to get working despite numerous attempts), the iCarsoft CR Pro is an answer.
