How are you with A/C systems? I'm finding out exactly where the leaks are from Tobias today and now they're checking price on an A/C overhaul.

If you can do it (and want to) let me know. I'll have better info on exactly what is leaking / needs fixing shortly

I'm ok with AC. I'm licensed to service R-12 and R-134a systems.
Unfortunately, I don't have the tools necessary to do it.
But, if you get the system evacuated, I can replace damaged components.
Then you'd have to go have it re-evacuated and charged.
To be honest, that might not save you very much $$$.

Desertdue, I posted on the link that you suggested, Craigslist. Looks like I may be getting a bite or two. Laid off after 14 years in high tech. Did a year at USPS. Now looking for something else.
I am in the Tempe area if anyone needs help with their cruiser. I have an FJ40 that I have installed everything from poly bushings to Vintage 134a AC, Carb rebuilds to radiators.
