What tire size, A-arms and gears would you recommend for what I'm doing?

I've been thinking of going to 33, 34 or 35 tires.

Having been unable to find front thin gears in 3.31, I think I have to re-grear for ARB lockers I was thinking to go to 33 or 34 or 35 tires.

Right now I am running the BP51 suspension with is about a 2.5" lift and when doing the alignment it's on the "edge" of acceptable which is why I'll need some "a" arms for the large tires.

For the LC200 (2016+) whats the recommendations for gears and tires?

Lots to consider here! I don't have the 8 speed tranny so my direct experience with 4.88s on the older tranny won't apply to you, but I do run 35s (275/80r18, measure 35.25 unweighted) with the 4.88s and can say that any 34.5"+ true measurement tire is going to require some fitting and planning to get in the wheel well, and the UCAs are just the beginning. The KDSS will need to be dealt with as well; and if you spacer out from the KDSS you may get into the fender.

As for the carriers and gears a couple of folks have swapped these out on the newer model; I don't recall the details but they're here somewhere and it can be done without too much headache, just $.

Review here for some gearing calculations:

As far as performance; I'm stock like performance or quicker on the 4.88s with 35s. Only penalty is some gas mileage. Everything else is better.

Lots of people are running low 34s and enjoying that size, it's easier to fit, get's most of the 35s benefit etc.
