Up until recently, I had a Four Wheel Camper that went on my 2010 Tacoma. My wife has problems with the discs in her neck that made it difficult for her to get in and out of the camper. So, I sold the camper and then the fun ensued.
It wound up with 33 gallons of fresh water, 6 gallon water heater, forced air heater, fold and tumble bed, 250 watts of solar panels, 100 amp hour battery and a lot more. Still a work in progress.
It's such a nice build it's a shame you don't post the entire build thread here as well...we don't have very many "cargo conversions" so it would be a treat to see yours start to finish.
s*** canned the trailer leaf springs and went full length with shocks. What is not in this picture is the air bags. They were required due to the fact that I forgot to factor in the 250 LBS of water that sets just in front of the axle.

This is the baffled stainless steel water tank.

Ok, don't laugh. I love this awning. And I have owned quite a few awnings. I can put it up in 60 seconds, by myself without looking like an idiot. Wind is no problem.

This is the 32" LCD LED TV. It sets on an articulating mount so I can tilt the TV to set outside and watch. Moldings were not done in this picture.

Oh, but if you do that, it moves all over the place when you tow off road. So I made a mount that bolts to the back of the TV and then latches to the wall when in transport.

First trip out. Very happy with the way it turned out.
First pic is at Kirk Creek campground and then the second is at Lake Don Pedro.
We had the campground all to ourselves!
Thank you for the compliment. I love this forum. I am thinking of switching to a 100 series L/C and this is where I have come to get all my facts straight to make my decision with. I love the look of the 80, but my 4runner has the 4.7 V8, and even with 223,000 miles, it runs like it is new with the perfect balance of torque to MPG. I love my 4runner, just want something a little nicer and off road capable.
Very little flaming here. I like that. I am too old to be putting up with kids remarks.

I thought I would throw this in. This was my Rubi with my Bushwakka trailer.
Trailer is now owned by a very nice guy that lives in Hemet and he has changed the suspension to a really trick four link with air bags.

Don't ever check out my trailer with out stopping and saying hi.(jk)
That was a great time wasn't it. That was actually the first time I had slept in and used the trailer after a 6 month build time. Now we can't stay out of it.
Make sure you say hi next time so we can talk.
