We have had a post within the past 6 months where someone (sorry, can't recall who) was *determined* to fix his noisy sunroof. He had a plan that involved epoxy, tape, and a couple of other things. His first tactic was to take it to a pro that specialized in sunroofs. Turns out that was the right thing to do and his roof noise was substantially reduced.
