Hey all 
I am behind in my HZJ78 stories, but on our most recent trip in the Mojave Desert, the top stopper for the large barn door sheared cleanly and fell down as we were opening the door. I was wondering, other than the obvious options of metal fatigue, corrugations, etc. that may have caused this, whether an improperly adjusted door or some other fault may have caused the failure?
Any ideas welcome
