Hzj76 2008 Can Dashboard be replace?

I have Hzj76 year model 2008, am thinking to replace my dashboard with same model but Year 2011.
Any advice or can it be fixed?

Pawing through Toyodiy part numbers, the part number for the main dash sub assembly is the same through 2010, in 2011 the part number changed but that doesn't mean that it won't work. The colors available to begin to shrink as the years go on, so you may find that getting a component that matches what you have in there may be a problem, but on a fairly new truck, you may be fine.
