HVAC Servo Motor Malfunction

I'm currently having this problem on my 2018 Land Cruiser where only some of the A/C vents provide cool air even though the thermostat is calling for cooling to be provided:

I had the same problem on my 2018 LC and took it to the dealer on Tuesday. When I ran Techstream, it indicated there was an update to the AC.

Anyway, they found the connection to the servo motor (behind the glove box) was loose. Reconnected and all good. Blows strong cold air to front passenger side now.

BTW - Techstream Diagnostic Report for Air Conditioner has calibration update 8865060Q2201. However, in my case it was a loose physical connection and no update was required.

This ended up to be the solution to the problem. They reflashed the ECU and the problem went away. I pick up the vehicle in the morning.
