HVAC Company in East Valley?

Got home from work yesterday and the thermostat said it was 80 in the house. I fired up both AC units; one worked fine, but the other is wacked. The compressor will run for a few seconds and shut off, then run for a few seconds and shut off, then....

Anyone at CSC do HVAC work? Suggestions on trouble-shooting or recommendations for a contractor?
