just ordered parts from them for the umpteenth time. Out of all the other time I got exactly what I order.......however this time I got something I could definately use but not exactly what I orderd. Ted called me on a Fri night and asked what the problem was, corrected the situation and promised to ship out the correct parts ASAP at no charge to me.
