how would you mount hard pannels

I'm doing hard roof panel outa alum would you make tabs to bolt it to or is it ok to just screw it to the tube ??? I'm going to do one big piece ...I know that tabs are better but it it ok to just screw it ???

I prefer tabs but screwing to the cage is fine.

Dzus fasteners are pretty sweet, but if it was me I'd probably just run some self tappers in there.

It will vibrate and rattle between fastening points so be sure to add some kind of rubber isolator between the top and the tube,
