How to read the ATF Thermal Degradation Estimate?

From what I understand, the GX460 keeps track of ATF degradation. How are you guys checking it without Techstream?

I currently have this OBDII scanner: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073XKQQQW?tag=ihco-20
I also have the Car Scanner Pro app for iOS, but I don't see ATF Thermal Degradation in it.

OBD Link definitely can

You could always try OBD Fusion with your scanner but no idea if it will display

OK, reporting back. I downloaded OBD Fusion and purchased the advanced Toyota/Lexus pack and it reads the ATF Thermal Dedegration Estimate.
Mine is maxed out at 65535. I've switched out my transmission fluid and would like to reset the counter. Does anyone know how to do that?

I haven't tried reset to reset ATF thermal degradation estimate with OBD Fusion yet, but I have done it with my Launch Creeder Elite v2.0.
Lexus/Toyota recommends reset anytime 50% of the fluid is replaced.
