He had a great soft top FJ45 LWB which I fondly recall driving in as a small boy
I just recently purchased a pick up with a flat bed tray. As far as I know in Australia it was possible to buy a cab chassis FJ or HJ45. These were mostly for farmers and they would either buy an after market tray, or Toyota would sell them one through the dealership, not sure if this was available in the United States or not. I have searched the FAQs and site for some answers but am still a bit in the dark ....So to my question.....
How do I determine body style from the VIN plate ?
Well after looking at this quality build I came across this

If it originally came with a rear tub and tailgate I would like to refit one . As I will eventually restore her back to original .
I will post some photos and the VIN tomorrow so you can see her in her full glory
