2. Remove your laptop.
3. Start up
4. Make sure the guy who is annoying you, can see the screen.
5. Close your eyes, tilt your head up to the sky & move your lips as if praying

Simple. In IE click "add to favorites" and then check the box "make available off-line". Just don't use it anywhere that has a slight chance of it being mis-interpreted or you might find yourself on the other end of 50,000 volts.

unfortunately if you ever did do that on an airplane you could count yourself being charged.

The federal transport laws are not funny stuff to play with.
