How much suspension lift before I have to do stuff?

I'm just trying to run 255/75/R17.

You could fit those on stock. I have regular superpro lca's, spc uca, and eibach coilover kit (lowest settings around 1" of lift) No issues at all on TRD wheels. Geolander AT 255/75/17, and I think I could've easily gone another size up.

This thread is getting good! @Jstawgn, what size tires do you think one could run if they skipped the offset LCAs? Again, SuperPro has a set for $800 but I'm just trying to run 255/75/R17. Larger than that and, it seems like, you gotta start doin' stuff.

Many people successfully runs 285/70R17 without BMC with stock LCA. You still need to max out the caster from OEM LCA.
