How much is this worth?

I picked up a Warn 8k lb winch recently on a trade and was wondering how much it could be worth if its in good working order.

Those are close to a boat anchor. They can be very expensive to fix. I had looked at one for $300, after doing a lot of research on these I offered the guy $150 and he did not take it, and I was told $150 was to high. Last I saw he was trying to sell if to $200 and still did not get any takers. You can get an 8274 for under $500 if you shop and it can be easily repaired has power out and other features this older model does not. My guess is about $100 bucks if it is working.
