I have been debating going a different direction and am looking for an opinion on how much my current setup is worth. Any input is appreciated.

Its an '83 axle, with a sky truss, FROR solid steering stops, and knuckle ball gussets, ARP steering studs, 30 spline longs and hub gears High steer arms (drag link and tie rod included), Surplus center hydro ram already mounted to the axle and tie rod, 80 series reverse rotation hign pinion e-locker with 4.88 gears, OEM E-locker wiring harness, computer and switch. Hub to hub, calipers, rotors and lockouts included. Basically, drill and tap your box and bolt it up. Comes with spare e locker long studs and 3rd gasket.

What do you think I could get for it ?

i just bought a rear 4runner housing modified to fit the e locker with 4.88s and a front ifs center section with 4.88s to match for 800 plus shipping.

so, while you are only selling one axle, its the front which is more desireable, and it comes with the computer and switch and a spare elocker to go with....i would say you could safely get 800-1000 for it. probably more.

i mean, around where i live, the going price for a complete solid front axle, stock, not rebuilt (but left in its 25 year old worn out crusty-ness,) is around 250-300. but i feel like that is a little high. although you cant really find em around here. supply and demand i guess.

if you decide to do it, would you break up the package? i may be interested in the computer/harness/switch if its a good deal....those are still on the list of parts i need to get for mine

Thanks for the responses guys, bird, if you're interested you know I'll hook ya up

A built Toyota axle is selling on NC4x4, he's asking $900.
