How is a LC200 transmission supposed to feel?

Question specifically regarding the 6 speed transmission. How does your transmission feel when shifting gears from reverse or park into drive? Super smooth? A clunk? Slight delay? Something else?

Do you have the "jump" when going from reverse to drive while transmission is cold?

Yup, pretty much. Maybe not a jump but a delay if you consider that the same. Where as my 4th gen 4runner, I can throw it from reverse to drive and go.
