How is a 2016+ LX 5 inches longer than an LC

Per Edmunds. 2016+ LC is 194.x and the LX is 199.x inches. Is it mostly bumper and or cladding at play on the LX that extends the body reach?

Just look at the front of the LX from the side profile... Looks like there's easily an extra 5 inches of grille/Tupperware on the front of the LX compared to the LC. The rear looks like it's probably the same so that's my answer .. it's the front cladding.
 
Obviously has a bigger package. Or at least compensating for one?
 
I can't understand why Toyota took a clean design and turned it into... that...
 
Toyota also claims the LX 570 is an even 6,000 pounds (all years).... when Motor Trend weighed a 16+ LX, it clocked in around 6230 pounds. Official specifications/measurements are always a little suspect until verified.

She's a pig. In the best way. It's too bad she's as heavy as she is as the 2-post lift in my garage is only rated to 6k. Even though I'm sure there's engineering margin, I'm not tempting fate with another several hundred pounds. And some more lbs on top of that with mods.

My LX470 was just under 6k lbs and I was comfortable lifting with the MaxJax.​
