How high can your dog jump?

I have seen a black lab go over a 7 foot fence clean...from a sit. I was a paper boy back when, and I told my neighbor their dog was coming after me in the mornings. He did not believe me until I came by in my paper deliver gear...amazing. We measured the fence: 7' 0"

How high my Chinese Pug can jump is in indirect proportion to how close my wife is. When it's just him and me, he's a canine Michael Jordan. He can get into the Cruiser, climb a fence, jump up to the barbecue and snatch a steak. If my wife is within earshot, he can't even get onto the couch. Instead, he whines and cries and waits for her to come over and lift him. Pathetic...yet somehow brilliant.

4 to 5' tops. 45lb dog about 22" tall.

breed is belgian malinois. seen vids of ones jumping well over 8', so mine is an underachiever....just like her owner.
