How do you send a I Trader Notification to someone who bought something from you

Hey was wondering how you send a ITrader notification to someone who bought something from you. I have always had people send it to me before I did to them and I never have been able to figure out how to send it. I just would like to figure it out so I can put positive stuff up about the people I have dealt with. If anyone can throw me a bone I would appreciate it, thanks guys

3> click "submit feedback"
