how do I upload pictures

Trying to upload pictures and i receive an error message. I tired both Medium and Large file sizes from iPhone. Am i supposed to click on "upload files" and then importing photo?
 
Upload File is the button...I don't have an iPhone to test with, but have done many with my Samsung with no issues.

Be sure you are uploading jpg files.
