Whatever you do, don't turn the crankshaft nut CCW if you go a little bit too far. Go all the way around CW again. I did this and broke the crankshaft nut loose...this snowballed into even more problems. May not be as easy to do with plugs pulled. (Yeah I know it's supposed to take 6 foot breaker bars etc. to loosen that nut, but the last person to tighten it was at a dealership!)

With deep respect, Jim, you are wrong. Connecting a switch to the cold start injector as directed by overhanger above will allow you to bump the engine on an FJ62 just fine. I've done it twice personally to adjust my valves.

EDIT: sounds like you're talking about pushstart bumping. I retract my statement regarding wrongness most humbly and back out of the room, bowing as low as I can ....
