How bad is the rust?

Thanks everyone for their input. I decided to go with SC one and will be closing deal on Tuesday.
I am going over things that I need and cant get any information on following:
Is there PIN code to unlock radio/navigation after battery disconnect? if yes where to look for it.
Dealer told me that there is no manual in the car. My acura had little card with these numbers, should I except the same?

No PIN that I'm aware of. Ive had my battery disconnected a number of times with no issue. It oddly retained all my stations and maintenance intervals, didn't expect that.

Pass on both. Find one out of Texas or California. Mine has absolutely no rust anywhere at 61k miles, got it in DFW Texas. The rust goes hand in hand with deteriorating rubber and other components. It's a big purchase, keep searching and don't settle.
