So I have an FSM for my 88 runner. There are a ton of hoses on the 22re...at least to me. I blew a small hose which goes from the bottom of the fuel plenum to I think the head. It is 'U' shapped and about 8" long, approx 1/2" OD &1/4" ID. I can't find it on my FSM.What is this hose? bypass line maybe? thanks for the help!

Is coolant leaking out of this hose?
If it has coolant leaking out of it, its most likley a coolant bypass hose from what you described. I had one recently bust on me in my 94 
easiest way i found to get to it is to remove the little inner fender service panel (metal one with 4 bolts on passenger side). And you can see it relitivly easy. Make sure you burp the system after replacing it if thats what it turns out to be. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
