HJ75 Missing from dash

Hi,
Can you take a look at the area that's broken out to the left of the air filter light and tell me what is suppose to be there?

My attachment failed so I'm trying to get that sorted out at the moment.

Left hand or right hand drive?
If its an australian RHD model ,it would have had nothing there. Its just a spare hole where you can add a switch for spotlights etc.
I have a matching panel to the right of the glowplug light
