Bumperskins aren’t cheap - be straight with the shop manager & ask if you can cash him the difference between a OEM skin & prob the AL beam & each rail mount, plus if you broke a OE foglight - & the ARB.
You’ll prob only be ~$3-400 out of pocket.
Never hurts to ask, in fact tell him you’ll do the ARB legwork & even install if he balks at installing aftermarket gear.

I did that with a E30 & stock USA headlights / DOT lenses are horrid.
Hella made Euro pattern glass lenses & it was high $200’s for the price difference - the shop went for it, no problem
